Making moves in the Music World

We cannot believe it is already several weeks since we went live, back in March! Here we are in early May and we've already experienced some lovely summery weather. Which makes us think about music festivals and the artists who perform at them.

This story might have started off on the topic of a certain music festival due to take place in the summer, but completely out of nowhere we are featuring something else first, one of James' favourite music acts of all time...

The Orb

This picture was taken on April 12th at the gig in Stroud. To cut a long story short: thanks to me wearing my Dystopian Chase T-shirt...

at this gig I got into a conversation which resulted in me taking a box of our T-shirts to The Orb's Portsmouth gig on May 2nd for a trial run! Here's how they turned out...

Here they are being put up in the lobby area of the excellent music venue, The Wedgewood Rooms, in Portsmouth:

There's a key difference between our T-shirt and the others - we are the only one using the Direct-To-Garment full digital colour printing process - the others are all screen-printed. We are not here to criticise other processes, only to talk about our own, but safe to say it was very exciting to watch the xTOPIA full colour T-shirt outsell all the others... combined!
